Update || actualização

Oh my, time does fly! I’m now back to the UK, but I haven’t craft anything because I’m really busy with my PhD thesis. I usually craft on weekends but this past weekend I had a great surprise: I returned from Portugal on friday and had one of the greatest weekend ever in England! It was (and it still is) very sunny, hot and perfect! As a good portuguese girl, I do love the sun, and I do love the summer. We went to the beach and everything, to a place called Durdle Door, in Dorset. This beach is amazing, so beautiful! Well, I hope to be back on crafts soon… see you soon!

Puff, o tempo voa de verdade! Estou de volta ao Reino Unido, mas ainda não toquei nos crafts, ando mesmo ocupada com as coisas para a minha tese de Doutoramento. Normalmente faço crafts ao fim de semana, mas quando regressei de Portugal na sexta feira tinha uma surpresa: um dos melhores fins de semana de sempre desde que estou em Inglaterra! Esteve (e ainda está) muito sol e bastante calor, perfeito! Como boa portuguesa adoro o sol e adoro o verão. Fomos à praia e tudo, a um sítio chamado Durdle Door, em Dorset. A praia é fantástica, é tão bonita! Espero voltar aos crafts em breve… até já!

    Oh Margarida!
    If I could just spend a few hours in a place like the one in the pictures I would be sooo happy! All my best wishes for a wonderful PhD thesis!

    Hi Margarida, What is your PhD thesis on? I have a doctorate in synthetic organic chemistry and a medical degree. You could join Dr Elsita and Dr Margie ( that’s me) in our fantasy lab. Do you think there is room on that beach for us to conduct our research? If we can’t do that we should at least start a little scientists who are also artists and craftspeople.

    :) )) Dr Elsita you would be happy indeed! I was so happy because we do not get many perfect sunny days here in England… and I was used to a lot of sun back in Portugal! Thank you!

    Hey Margaret! I have a degree in biology and my PhD is in environmental toxicology! That idea is super fun, lets go for it! And the beach have plenty of room :) )))

    ;) ) Tambem nos fomos a praia, logo!! Mas fomos mais para a zona de Portsmouth. Foi uma semana e tal de 20 e tal graus diarios, incrivel. Parece que a semana que vem volta a melhorar. Espero bem que sim, sabe tao bem.

    Ai Silvia soube mesmo muito bem, tens razão! Parecia mentira um tempo tão bom por estas bandas :) Espero que melhore, por aqui tem estado um sol lindo, mas apenas uns 16º…
