Weekend
It was quite a good weekend! The weather is still (very!) cold, but yesterday the sun was shining and the sky was blue… the countryside looks so pretty on days like yesterday. I had a lovely meal in Bath and got home in a happy mood. Overall during the weekend I got tones of things done:
- worked on new pins, and they look quite lovely!
- managed to deep clean and re-organise my crafty room. From time to time I need to do this, makes me aware of the amount and typo of materials that I have available. Also makes me think about new projects that I can do to incorporate those materials (I try to refrain myself from buying new materials all the time!!).
- Finally started to work on the eikumpel.com page. I’m not going to change it very much, but some adjustments need to be done.
- had lots and lots of tea! From herbal tea (Pennyroyal, I brought some from our lovely Antie Lourdes) to Rooibos with vanilla, yummy! Before I moved to England I was a coffee person, I liked tea, but consumed mostly coffee. Now I still love my coffee, but it’s harder to find proper coffee around and I’m discovering the excitement of a proper cup of tea!
- had time to relax!

I spent my weekend cutting fabric and sewing, take a look at my yesterday’s post.
But we also took some movies home, the ones we hadn’t time to see last year, and spent the evenings watching them: “Changeling” and “Milk”.
Great weekend, too!!!
