Spring is here, there’s no doubt about that: the flowers are everywhere, the threes are full of new leaves and everything looks very green! These are some of my picks and they are perfect to celebrate spring. (available in the shop)

This week, I’ve started a beginners dressmaking course! I have finally found something that is closed to home, fits my schedule and is exactly what I want! The first class was wonderful and I have enjoyed every bit of it. I learned how to read a pattern and understand sizes and how much fabric it’s needed, how to take measurements, how to place the pattern in the fabric etc. I’m really excited with this opportunity and can’t wait for my next lesson!
Esta semana comecei a ter aulas de iniciação à costura! Finalmente encontrei um cursinho perto de casa, com um horário que me agrada e que vai abordar o que me interessa! A primeira aula foi mesmo gira e adorei cada pedacinho. Aprendi a ler um molde e a perceber os tamanhos e quanto tecido é necessário, como tirar medidas, como colocar o molde no tecido, etc. Estou mesmo entusiasmada e mal posso esperar pela próxima aula!
